September 11, 2008Website: www.musicproducerpro.net
Are you thinking of becoming a producer? Do you Rent out studios to record and produce music and are tired of having to pay? Do you want to set up your own music studio at home so you can make music anytime you want to? Well why not start today. Everyday a new producer is born and wants to set up a home studio and it doesn’t cost as much as it sounds.
Setting up a home studio is one of those things where you have to use what you have to its best ability. You don’t have to spend a whole lot of money to have a professional sounding studio. To be totally honest a lot of the new producers out there in the music industry all make there beats in a small home studio, they sometimes don’t even have mixing desks. Just a PC and equipment. You may be thinking how is this possible but trust me it’s true, for example T Pain the famous R&B rapper turn singer started his whole career from his bedroom.
I am going to tell you exactly what you need to have a home studio that can give you amazing results every song that you make. You are required to have a PC or MAC and make sure it has enough processing power so let’s say 1-2gig ram. I recommend getting some software such as Fruity Loops or Reason 3/4 for the PC or Logic Pro 8 for the MAC. You then need to find a basic Audio interface for a condenser microphone, this will give you microphone a excellent quality as well as a microphone stand (With Air Guard). Buy a midi keyboard so you can play melodies into the music production software and that is a real basic home studio that can make quality music.
I hope that helped you and if you need more help with setting up your home studio please visit:
